Set up personally by Joe in Manchester, serving teams across the UK

Your AI Agent. Installed personally.

I install OpenClaw on your infrastructure, connect the tools you already use, harden security, and hand it over properly. No agency layers, no junior handoff, and no vague AI strategy deck — just a useful AI agent set up properly, in Manchester, UK.

What It Feels Like

What changes when I set it up properly.

Not in a vague "AI magic" way. In a practical way: less inbox mess, less calendar admin, and a clearer picture of what actually matters each day.

Morning briefing

One summary instead of ten tabs.

Start the day with today's meetings, urgent threads, and what was handled overnight.

Daily at 8:00am
Calendar help

Less scheduling back-and-forth.

Handles meeting reshuffles, finds gaps, and keeps your week from turning chaotic.

What It Does

What I usually set up for clients.

I set everything up on your own infrastructure, not somebody else's cloud. Your data stays yours. The point is simple: less operational noise, less repetitive work, and more headspace for the things only you can do.

Email triage

Scans your inbox every 30 minutes. Categorises, prioritises, and drafts replies. You approve with one click.

Calendar management

Schedules meetings, resolves conflicts, sends polite declines. Keeps your diary sane without you touching it.

Slack monitoring

Watches your channels for mentions, questions, and action items. Surfaces what matters, ignores what doesn't.

Daily briefings

Every morning you get a summary: what's on today, what needs your attention, what was handled overnight.

Workflow automation

Connect your tools and let your agent handle the repetitive stuff.

Always on

Runs 24/7 on dedicated infrastructure. Not a chatbot you prompt. An agent that works while you sleep.

Built For

Who I usually do this for.

Founders & CEOs

You're drowning in email and context-switching between 15 tools. Your agent handles the noise so you can focus on the business.

Ops & EA teams

Augment your team with an AI agent that handles triage, scheduling, and follow-ups. It doesn't replace your EA. It gives them superpowers.

Agencies & consultancies

Multiple clients, multiple inboxes, multiple calendars. One agent that keeps everything organised across all of them.

The Process

How I usually do it.

01

Free call

A quick chat so I can see what tools you use, what is wasting time, and whether this is actually worth doing.

02

Setup day

I install your agent on your infrastructure, connect your tools, harden security, and set up the workflows properly.

03

Training

I walk you and your team through everything: how to use it, approve actions, and add more automations later.

04

Go live

Your agent starts working. I keep an eye on it in the early days and tune it based on how you actually use it.

Security-First

How I handle security.

Your agent runs on your own server or VPS, not mine and not some vague shared cloud. I keep credentials locked down, scope access properly, and harden the deployment so you are not left with a clever demo and a security headache.

Self-hosted

Runs on your own infrastructure. Your data, your control.

Encrypted credentials

All API keys and tokens encrypted at rest with scoped permissions.

Hardened deployment

Firewall rules, fail2ban, SSH lockdown, automatic security updates.

“I genuinely don't know how I managed without it.”

Within a week, my agent was handling 60% of my inbox and scheduling every meeting. I went from spending 2 hours a day on email to 20 minutes. It's like having a second brain that actually does the boring stuff.

Who You're Working With

You work with me directly.

I'm Joe Wong. I build products, run growth experiments, and care a lot more about useful systems than shiny AI demos. The question I keep coming back to is simple: will this actually save time for a real team?

ClawMan.UK is me. I scope it, set it up, secure it, and hand it over myself. No agency layers, no junior handoff, no vague strategy deck.

Pricing

Simple local visit pricing.

For Manchester and nearby visits, I keep the pricing clear before I start. I can install, set up, fix, debug, or review your AI workflow in person.

Need something outside Manchester or something custom? Drop me a quick email.

“Can't I just install OpenClaw myself?”

You can. OpenClaw is open source. The question is whether you want to spend your own time getting the install, security, permissions, and workflow logic right. I help you skip the trial and error and get to something production-ready much faster.

FAQ

Questions people usually ask me.

What can this AI agent actually do?

It can triage email, manage calendars, draft replies, monitor Slack, and automate repetitive workflows across your tools. The exact setup depends on your tools, permissions, and where the admin load is in your business.

What is OpenClaw?

OpenClaw is the open-source AI agent framework I install and configure. It runs on your infrastructure, can stay online 24/7, and can connect to tools such as email, calendars, Slack, and internal workflows.

Do I need special hardware?

Usually just a dedicated machine: a Mac Mini, a spare desktop, or a small VPS. Most businesses already have something that works. And some setups do not need dedicated hardware at all.

Do you have access to my data after setup?

No. Once I've deployed and handed everything over, it runs on your infrastructure. I only access your system during setup, or later with your explicit permission.

How long does setup take?

A clean OpenClaw installation or workflow review is usually about one hour. Fixes, integrations, and debugging depend on the current setup, so I confirm likely hours before continuing past the first hour.

What if I don't like it?

If the agent is not doing what I said it should do, I fix the gap quickly during the initial support period.

Do you only work in Manchester?

In-person setup is currently Manchester focused. If you are outside Manchester, drop me a quick email and I’ll tell you whether I can help.

Can I add more integrations later?

Yes. Extra integrations can be handled as another local visit or scoped separately if they look bigger than a quick setup job.

Is this the same as hiring a virtual assistant?

No. A VA is a person working during office hours. Your agent is software that runs 24/7, handles higher volumes, and supports your team continuously.
